Problem and solution..

Why do we (i.e. our government) do this I don’t understand.

Once we see a problem instead of looking at it straight, finding its root first and then finding best solution available we just put bandaids on bullet would with bullet inside the body. Sometimes the problem is cancer and government still applies bandaid.

Let me put some of issues I can see clearly and have some approaches to them.

1. Roads are bad – At least to those companies who are charging heavy toll, order them to fix the road or toll will be cancelled( I am sure government has power to cancel the permit). Other local roads; fix one by one and put target to fix x numbers in months(suggesting this because those roads on which politicians have to welcome guests or central ministers are fixed over night and usually fixed 4 to 5 times in a year and cleaned daily including Sunday)

2. Noise pollution-

  • Just don’t give permission to sell big speaker above certain decibel level sound output.
Find shops selling bullet silencers which makes noise above RTO guidelines and shut them for just 2 weeks.(but I think half of those bullet owners are relatives of politicians or police officers or some higher post corrupt government official)
Hardly 50 DJs are there in given city. Make 10 examples of arrest for using dj volume above given threshold and let’s see if others dare to keep dj volume unbearable in marriages and functions.( yes marriage might be of some rich businessman or mantri or manti’s sala but dj won’t dare to loose his only source of income.
    Etc etc

3. Education is not good in government schools –

  • Take exams of teachers as well then.
  • Students are as good as their teacher right? Why in government schools students should study under teacher who has no academic sense or guidance for students or any competence of teaching.
  • Take reviews from students and their parents.
  • (Not supportive of teachers have to rely on mercy of students and villagers for the job but keeping them on toe is to some extent good because out of lacks of teachers in government schools hardly 5 percent are close to being good teachers and that’s not good at all for coming generations)

4. Police is corrupt- increase their salary and after 1 year just find 100 higher cop officials and investigate them. You will find at least 50 guilty. Repeat every 2 year.

5. Politicians are corrupt – do same as suggested for police, just pic 10 every year and analyse their income, status of relatives and family. Where their kids are studying and how much expense they(kids and relatives coz bap MP hai to beti bete ko thodi koi kami hone denge?) are doing every year.

List goes on but I can see 100s of problems not being resolved because either people are too rigid or don’t care and don’t want to do or don’t have guts to do it coz their ass is also on the line.

I am not at all in favour of being harsh on anyone and keeping everyone on toes all the time yet seeing things loose and lenient general people ,which is not that elite 1 percent , suffers.

Even public has to participate to work with government, political will, police and govt departments. Not all police officials are corrupt neither whole government is running a scam to loot us all.

So what we do can do?

Take individual case. Maybe someone had to go off the book to do something morally right. Haven’t you over speeded to reach accident spot where your loved one is injured? But at the same time some young kid is doing it because his/her father bought him/her a new bike with 500cc. One police officer take bribe coz her wife wants platinum band and someone took it because he don’t want to get another transfer and save his kids suffering of changing his friend and school again. A reporter has to burry a report on government scam or something else because his/her media house supports that party or businessman where as other is only son supporting his younger sisters study and bed ridden parents at home.

So don’t generalise like a stupid ape.

Ask questions.

Demand justification in public.

Bring change.

Be ready to accept the change.

Be ready to pay the price for the values that makes this nation and humanity.

And once and for all start making every decision consciously. We individual are the Nation and nation is us should be one feel rather than being two sentences.
